Youth Sculpture & Mixed Media

This course is designed for young artists, eight to 13 years old, interested in working with 3D forms.

Students will explore the elements of line, shape and space in materials like clay, paper mâché, wire, printmaking and soapstone. Emphasis is placed on clay work and students learn both on the mechanical wheel and hand-building techniques.
