Workshops

Not only the co-founder of the Newmarket School of Fine Art, Martin Pryce was also involved in the creation of the Plein Air Landscape Painters of Canada, a society of artists dedicated to the importance of painting on location.

Martin has indulged his passion most recently by touring and painting the beautiful countryside and architecture of the South of France, where his bold brush strokes and vivid use of colour beautifully captured the area's vitality.

To share his passion with his students and to introduce them to this exciting art form, Martin periodically organizes and leads a select group on Art Expeditions.

He is currently planning to take select students to Canada's spectacular East Coast, where he will lead and instruct the group on how to capture the spirit, essence and beauty of the natural landscape.
